The legal aid tariff reflects the fees usually paid by a client of modest means. These fees apply to all legal aid, except in exceptional cases. Account Payment Schedules General Rules and Practices Complex Case Rate (CCR) Policy: The Complex Case Rate (RAC) increases the tiered fees for complex criminal matters in Ontario.
